Respect. Love. Care.

Easiest way is to make yourself the focal point and then start the process of seeing outside. The world will then be much better place to live. Look inside and grow things within yourself first. Be the Change you wish to see in this world.

What we all need and want is to be recognized by someone else and not criticized or being let down. Recognizing and acknowledging another person can do more for you than them. That’s how we grow and comes evolution.

A few days back I read somewhere that now corporate firms are shying away from recruiting female employees. Reason - Law favours only women in sexual harassment cases at the workplace. Employers are scared anyone could face such allegations by women. What a shame.

Increase in crime against women is forcing women to sit at home. People comment on their attire, the way they talk, whom they talk to and what they do. People don’t realize how much a women is sacrificing and on top of everything, ever increasing crimes.
The one who comment and criticize about women are not ready to change themselves, their approach. They need to learn that we live in a free country and we have the right to participate equally.

Men and women both are required to be taught from their early childhood to respect women. The atmosphere of the house should be so kept that no bad influence fall upon them i.e. they shall grow up seeing and learning mutual respect, love and care.

One can’t keep blaming other; one has to start from their house first.
Along with these moral changes we also need to bring some tangible changes too in our present surrounding, so that women can breathe carefree.
The first thing to be kept in mind most of the crimes happen at secluded places or in dark. So following things are required to be considered –
  1. Transport – There shall be 1-2 constable in ladies coach and in public buses
  2. Toilets – There shall be enough sanitary options in any locality, for cleanliness purposes and women’s safety both. These shall be open 24*7; also one attendant shall always be there who is recruited after proper inquiry.
  3. Public parks / recreational areas – Security shall be there 24*7.
  4. Bus Stops and Stations – Enough lighting and also required is security like presence of constable.
  5. Laws – There shall be stringent laws for women’s safety. Although government has started taking initiative but the process is slow. Also sometimes cases and files go missing, thanks to corruption. Law shall be equal for everyone, no status, caste or creed shall come in between. People who misuse their power and the one who help them in such illegal activities shall be punished too also they shall remember that they have women at their house too. And by saving criminals now they are just helping triggering the ruthlessness on mother earth. Also care shall be taken that no law is misused; neither by men or women. Once proved guilty, the culprit shall be punished with immediate effect
  6. Stop criticizing others. Pehle apne girevaan mein jhaank kar dekho. Try and change self and then nothing can go wrong.
  7. Last but not the least; women also have to stand for themselves. Because You are responsible for your own happiness.
Give Respect. Love. Care.
Teach and Learn.

“Bring the Change because you are the past, the present and the future of thy society.”
Dream. Chase. Live.

P.S. This post is to spark a change in and around Us. StayFree, StayHealthy!!

"I Love Blogging" - A true love story of two beings, Me and Blogspot.com

Here goes the story...

The silence was deep as ocean, except for my mind which was diving deeper and deeper. I had not traveled for long and my legs were aching to take a long jump to some nice place to chill out. Yeah I love travelling and i am an amateur photographer too and this combo led me to blogging.

I was thinking that Khali dimag shaitan ka ghar hota hai, so why not utilize this khali time in penning down my previous travel experiences and why not share it with the people, until my next trip. But more then that it was for my own satisfaction since I am charmed by travelling, exploring and clicking the world.

Then I met blogspot.com on internet. I felt real happy when I started with my 1st love letter aka blog and written it as stutishrimali.blogspot.in, displaying my ultimate love for travel.
Later I started with another blog junkkdna.blogspot.in which showcases my domain coz mind is a sea of thoughts and this blog reflects the same. As they say Pen is mightier than sword.

Nonetheless just a few more important lovey dovey reasons to add-
1. You are your own boss --> Self satisfaction
2. No specific genre need to be followed --> FREEDOM
3. Blogging is free ofcourse --> No downpayment, no EMI
4. You learn and earn experience as you progress in blogging --> Nurturing Creative side
5. Networking --> Across the World
6. Its like a gym for mind --> Always on the run
7. Change is constant --> Blog and you'll know.

Ultimately through it I can spread Awareness and Laughter. I can Breathe through it and Live to bring about the Change. After all, that's what love is about - Life and Laughter!!

I just Love Blogging coz  #BloggingIsMyCalling -- the love "forever and for always"
Because, A True Love story never Ends...

5 Cliché Relationship Gifts

...gifts that one always give to a girlfriend / boyfriend!!

Gifts are a way of expression and a common element in relationships -- especially romantic ones. Though gifts are usually expected for popular occasions like birthdays and Valentine's Day, they are one of the many ways to show your partner that they are loved, loved and loved. But when it comes to buying the gift, you go blank and confused  K most of the time you don't know what to gift.

So, while gifting your special someone, you should always keep a check on their taste, like / dislike, temperament, nature, interest & hobbies.
Alas! Today’s lifestyle and busy – hectic schedule doesn’t give time to think and you end up giving the most generic gift items. Easy, search on net & go ahead! Bad!!

The 5 Cliché Relationship Gifts for your partners are brought in here, which you can always give due to scarcity of time but why not with a twist this time. Read on, for dos and don’ts...

The 5 generic gifts for her:
  1. Soft Toys: Well, this one is the safest and the most common choice when it comes to gifting your gal. But remember she is the gal of Y2K, giving on 1-2 occasions is fine, but every time is a no-no. She is not gonna open her own shop, right!! It’s just gonna clutter after sometime, and will make her place look like a play school. So why not save that money and invest on something momentous.
  2. Gift Certificates: Hmmm... Now this is something in trend. When it comes to gifting something like this to her, is an easy bet but definitely the worst when not adorned with a nice heartfelt hand written card / message or if it is not a personalized gift certificate like spa certificate. And shopping gift certificates, the general ones not gonna win you any points, so avoid.
  3. Clothes: It is one of the best gifts you can give to your gal, but only if you know her size and style preferences. You get the wrong size, you sure gonna hurt her feelings and may be your back too :P
  4. Chocolates & Flowers: She sure love chocolates and flowers, and is the best to be given every time you meet her, but not as the only gift for any special occasion :P ......Chocolates sweetly melt in mouth and make your relationship honeyed, while the flowers make it fresher.
  5. Perfumes: Fragrance is again among top common yet nice gift item for women. You can choose from a wide range of scents, ranging from lavender to rose to spice, depending upon her taste.

The 5 generic gifts for him
  1.  The way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Well prepare him a nice brunch or invite him home for a candle light dinner or take him to his favorite restaurant and treat him the best way possible. The most common but evergreen way to show him your love.
  2. Wallet: One thing a guy can never part with is his wallet. And if it has a picture of you two, what more to ask for. So why not gift him a nice, elegant, classy leather wallet, with the picha of you two ofcourse, the best and favorite of both of you.
  3. Good Luck Charm: You can definitely gift him a good luck charm (viz. his birthstone, fengshui articles, etc.) for his good luck. This gift will show that you are really concerned for him, but do check beforehand if he is a believer of such things or not.
  4. Perfume: Fragrance not only with women but also with men qualifies as top common yet best gifts. Although, before buying one for your men, be sure about his taste, as men are very particular about smell.
  5. Guys are fitness freak. So why not gift him a gym membership card. And if a sports enthusiast then ofcourse gift him his favorite sporting gear or sports club membership card. He will sure love it.

How many times have you had to select a gift for your boyfriend or girlfriend? If you have been together then chances are you have purchased a lot of gifts before? Yeah…!! Then why the Cliché Relationship Gifts every time, which sounds easy and perfect. Sometimes, try avoiding them, or else show your love, making your cliché gift extra awesome by giving a personal touch. Both of you are special beings for each other so gifts shall be special too. Gifts are an important way of keeping love alive and should be about the thought, not the price.

Think and give something zara hatke this time and surprise your beloved.

Adios!!

Cliché in a Relationship

Cho-chweet, baby, babu, angel, candy; people have so many names when they are in gushy gushy, love. This is the language of every couple in a cute relationship.

It’s G2k (Generation 2000), falling in love was by default through generations but being in a relationship has become very common these days. Every second person on this planet is in a relationship. The feeling of having that special someone in your life is beautiful; it always keeps you ecstatic and peppy.

I love you not for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you!! Truly Romantic.

That someone is around you and you start getting goose bumps, you start feeling shy “especially gals” and “guys” you do get nervous. No matter how old the relationship is, when you feel every following day as the first day of your relation, the freshness of love never fades away.

Love, so far so unpredictable. While the relationship, a predictable structure. There are clichés that comes with it. Let’s talk about them –
1.      The name game
While in relationship every day starts and ends with a name.
Calling your gal – The favourites are Baby, cutie, sweetie, honey, tweetie pie, babe and one word which melts her heart the most when you call her sweetheart, which gives her the pleasant feeling that she is someone very special for you.
Calling your guy – Honey, smarty, dashing (well nothing could boost his ego more than this), precious, handsome and the most common but still the best when you call him darling; which qualifies for both, the gal and the guy.

2.       Where there’s Love, there are Fights
Relations are incomplete without conflicts. No two people are same. Two different people and there difference of opinion and lotsa arguments. But best is to grow outta them not water them. Fights can vary from calling each other by silly names to teasing each other and even over a silly remote to watch that idiot box. Arguments over where to go on holiday to what to have in dinner and now days who will cook :P
But the rule to get over them is just one, that it shall never be more than a friendly fight. How? Umm... Simple –
-          Embrace conflict
-          Attack issue but never each other
-          Never hurt each other’s self-esteem. Respect
-          Talk softly and listen carefully
-          Find points of agreement
-          Never be judgmental, find solution
-          Kiss and make peace
-          Love more.

3.       Like together – together
Dating is essential; going out, watching movies, discs, and restaurants. And if you are those adventurous types then there is no stopping you, camping, hiking and water rafting. It is the best way to bond, doing crazy stuff together and cherish those memories forever.

There may be so many commons in Relationships. But what makes it different is the two persons involved who makes it extra special and gorgeous.

Cheers to love, which makes people do silly things even in serious setting. Pure & divine, fun & life.
Coz its worth it........!!

Bon Voyage to Florean Fortescue's Icecream Parlour

Companions - Ronald Weasley, Hermione Granger and Harry Potter
Destination - Hogwarts to Florean Fortescue's Icecream Parlour

The summer holidays have started. With me as a new member of the Harry-Hermione-Ron squad, very much accepted being a adventure lover and muggle born, and a recent joinee at Hogwarts as 1st year's; the squad planned to take me to Florean Fortescue's Icecream Parlour to celebrate my 1st semester results and our new friendship. And even though they are my seniors, they are more of buddies with me; except one ragging incidence by Ron of course, Ron, my favorite of the lot, boy like, mischievous and carefree attitude. Hermione is my roommate cum confidante and best gal pal.

Okay, so we packed bags and started our journey early in the morning, as we planned to go exploring a few places on our way to the Icecream parlour, where we planned to reach only in the night, followed by night trail at the Forbidden Forest (which is not forbidden anymore, since Voldemort and the dark age has lost to the goodness). and later camping.
We packed snacks like my favorite 2 min maggi, biscuits, wafers, juices, some wizardry chocolates and much more, thanks to Ron's never ending appetite.

We started from the Hogwarts first to the Burrows (Weasley's mansion) via train route, literally sitting on the Hogwarts Express (our car also parked on it, resting), listening to the story of Ron-Harry's flight to Hogwarts in Ford Angila at the start of their 2nd year. One hilarious story that is, Hermione and I couldn't stop laughing at Ron who was still making faces outta fear of getting hit by the train, back then.

After getting down at the station, we hit the country road, singing, chattering and snacking on our way to the Burrows. On our arrival we found that hot and delicious breakfast was ready and waiting for us, straight from Mrs. Weasley's kitchen. The house was surrounded by a huge field and a lake, I just loved it, so cosy and full of warmth of Mrs Weasley's love. Needless to mention full of magic, one place the dishes were doing itself and the other place two needle knitting a sweater for me, the one like Ron, Hermione and Harry had by Mrs Weasley. It was a great experience being at Ron's house. After spending sometime there and touring the fields we headed to the Godric's Hollow, Harry's hometown, the place where his parents reside until their demise. We kept chit chatting with the 3 sharing their stories of the Horcrux hunt and the Second Wizarding War. Their inspirational stories have made me respect them even more for their courage and love for fellow beings. We reached the Godric's Hollow by 1 pm and first went to pay homage at Harry's parents grave and then to a local restaurant for our lunch. The food was great all ordered by Ron.

Later, we headed for Diagon Alley at around 3 pm, the high street located in London. On reaching, we parked our Ford Angila outside and entered the Leaky Cauldron, the famous Wizarding pub and first place on the way to access Diagon Alley. We were l'il tired so thought to relax there. We ordered our Butterbeer, sang songs, danced on the beats of Just Beat It, in short had a great time. Harry also helped me getting familiar with the place. After finishing our drinks and l'il masti we headed to the rear courtyard and Harry tapped the bricks in the wall in a certain pattern and I watched that sight with curiosity. The tapping of 5 bricks around the hole in the wall opened the doorway to Diagon Alley.

Diagon Alley wasn't so crowded, thanks to summer holidays. We first went to the pet shop, as I was in real need of a Chipmunk. We bought my 1st and to my surprise a singing Chipmunk. Later, we went to visit Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, a joke shop founded by Ron's twin brothers Fred and George; which sells practical joke objects, viz. Extendable Ears, Love Potions, Pygmy Puffs, etc. But the thing which caught my eyes was Aviatomobile, a car toy depicting our real Ford Angila (brain child of Ron's dad). I bought it as a remembrance of this cool trip. I also bought Weasleys' Wildfire Whiz-bangs for Diwali celebrations, the festival added newly by the Indian Association to the Hogwarts list of celebrations. Needless to mention, I did enjoy my time with Weasley twins, they are super fun and friendly.

Harry, Ron and Hermione then took me around and showed me a few more places, sharing their memories. Our drive later headed to a l'il, cosy restaurant which was waiting for us to serve our hunger and finally to Florean Fortescue's Icecream Parlour, where I filled myself with the special multilayer Chocolate Sundae with lotsa nuts and choc chips and they also had their favourite icecreams. After our sweet and cold savoury, we headed to the night trail in the Forbidden Forest, but this time full of life, deer dancing, unicorns flying and colorful birds singing.

It is my most favourite and memorable wizardry road trip.

Always remember.. <Where there is Love, there is magic called friendship and a joy ride "Life">  .................Adios !!!

Pendulum...

Good - Bad; Bad - Good.
Life's a vicious circle. But sometimes i don't feel it is. Sometimes what we see is nothing but Bad; so much of it that Good tend to lose its importance. Is it really fair to someone, overwhelming bad and negligible good?

As they say "Good will definitely happen, if not now may be later". But i ask, will it really be worth waiting? You need something now and you really deserve it, but if you don't get it now then what is the use?

People say "Whatever happens, happens for good". Really?? Then why that good hurts? Is it really all Real or are we living in a superficial world full of pretenders.

But it all boils down to one word and that is Love, the very reason for the existence of any living being. The
foundation for happiness. But does love really exist or we just fool ourselves by saying it does?
Because we are only selfish creatures, it depends on our needs. A Pendulum, which changes with one's need. But yeah it does exist, I agree too.

There are many aspects to Existence of Love;
You can love someone unconditionally and get the same in return - lucky people!!
You love but don't expect as there could never be something - self realization.
You love only to be taken granted by others, e.g. someone loves you till they are in need of it or may be they did love but eventually fell apart or may be you were just taken for a ride by them but whatever it was at the end of it you just keep wondering what went wrong.. and then there starts legendary waiting period. Waiting for things to get right, you trying to mend things, wanting things to change again etc etc., but does all this really happen? Only God knows (if at all (s)he exists).
People mostly forget what they once believed. They forget what they once thought is still right, only their outlook has changed.
Things only work when you want them to work, never otherwise. Easy is not the spice of life, you need to change the course to make things happen, to get what you want dil se!! You lose yourself in the process of losing in what you once desired. Realization is not easy but must. Nothing is impossible. But anyways preaching doesn't work, your will does.

The point is never lose yourself in their wrong doings, don't punish yourself for their wrong deeds. You are an individual with an identity. Feeling bad, sad, down etc. is part of life.
And as they say; Change is inevitable, Time never remains same for everyone. Believe in these words. Cry if you want, scream; just vent out all your negative feelings because Life goes on. Its you who has to decide - whether to go along hand in hand with life or keep mourning. I am neither saying that just forget and forgive and nor that you have to hold it tight; but you just need to see the mirror and think again about the beauty you see in it, the lovely creation by God (yes i believe that (s)he exist). Don't be pendulum to the people around. Let them prove their worth in your beautiful life.
Remember as you sow, so shall you reap. So just keep doing the good and the best will happen. Don't forget the hurt, but not to revenge or for self destruction but use it right for restoration.

Don't try to understand everything, because sometimes it is not meant to be understood, but to be accepted. Tough to digest but this is truth. Realization to the people who have done it all wrong with you may come with time. But frankly it hardly happens. I don't think they will ever understand you or your emotions; you have to understand yourself, love yourself!!

Be your own kind of Beautiful.
